AFC stands for Al Hamd Fitness Cneter is a gym that focuses on the quality of life that we all want to achieve. It allows you to gain a balance between a fit mind, an athletic body and an active, spirited soul.
The AFC Gym believes that there are no easy ways to achieving any worthwhile goal in life, but it also believes that reaching those goals can be an enjoyable and inspirational process. We believe in the best science, the best equipment, and the best instruction and guidance. There are no short cuts in how we approach health and wellbeing. Excellence, we feel, is an absolute.
AFC Gym was founded by Mr. Asgar Hussain, an Engineer by qualification and a Visionary by beliefs. He himself as a residence of Dharavi recognizes the need of a full equipped fitness center where youth of Dharavi who in other ways use to go to some other places due to lack of a decent fitness center. Now the youth of Dharavi has choice of not one but three state of the art AFC fitness center.

Founder’s Profile:

Our Founder Asgar Hussain believes that Dharavi is Mini India where people of different religion and cast live together with harmony. Being a responsible citizen of Asgar believes in fitness, peace and harmony amongst different communities living here in Dharavi. His endeavor is see the people of Dharavi living a fit and healthy life, hence to fulfill his dream he also takes part in different social and cultural activities.
